These are a lot of questions so let's answer them one by one.
We are given with length of wire that is the circumference of the circle.
So,
2*π*r= 44
2*22/7*r=44
r=(44*7)/(2*22)
r=7cm.
Therefore, radius = 7cm.

Now,
Area of the circle= πr²= 22/7*7*7
Therefore, area = 22*7=154 cm².

Now you know that all sides are equal in a square. So,
side+side+side+side=44
4*side=44
side=44/4=11cm.
So, length of each side = 11cm.

Now the area of square = side*side,
therefore, area = 11*11 = 121cm².

So, finally the circle will enclose more area which is 154 cm² than the square which is 121 cm².
