Patience has been lost by her.

But it is not great to convert the given sentence in passive voice.

⭐ Hello Mate⭐
✔️Here is your answer ✔️
=========✓✓✓✓============

Her patience has been lost by her.

Note
If in active voice,the sentence is in present perfect tense and there is a use of has/have , then while changing in passive voice we will use a word 'been' with helping verb according to the subject. In passive voice,we will always use the past participle form of the verb.

✌️Hope it helps you ✌️
Thank you
