Answer: She has not solved any sum.

It will be 'any' because in the sentence 'not' is used. And 'not' signifies negative.  So it will be any to show that she didn't solve any sum. Use of any also gives a negative idea of the sentence.

The answer is many.

We usually use many in plural but here is sum(singular) so we use any.
