a . Answer : The speaker asked this question to his next passenger(traveller)who got on the train at Saharanpur.
b. Answer: The speaker asked this question because he was blind and too much curious about her.
c. Answer: Actually he was blind and pretended to behave like a normal eyed man. For his blindness he couldn't see the girl who was also blind. Here the speaker was able to find out her fault by the next passenger and the whole situation turned into good for nothing.
