The Correct answer is - Her brother was being helped by her. Here the voice is changed from active to passive. Active is the decent and the straight way of putting the sentence.

Passive on theother hand relates something that has happened. There is also change in the verb form. In case of active voice one makes use of simple past tense. In case of passive voice one makes use of past participle.
