It’s easy enough to follow the rules and come up with an answer:

Her homework is being done (by her.)

What is more important is understanding when and why to use passive voice, and to realize that this sentence is not a realistic or useful sentence.

There are cases where passive voice is exactly what is needed:

This building was built in 1505.

Spanish is spoken in Uruguay.

The problem is being solved as we speak.

But when or why would you want to talk about her homework, while taking her out of the picture? These kinds of foolish sentences just add to the belief by many native speakers that passive voice is somehow bad English. It’s not. But a sentence like the one you asked about really *is* bad English!
