Therefore Necia took (\frac{126}{35}-\frac{120}{35}) =\frac{6}{35} hours  more time than sheela took.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given, Sheela took 3\frac{3}{5} hours= \frac{18}{5} hours in whitewashing a shop and Necia completed whitewashing of similar shop in 3\frac{3}{7}hours=\frac{24}{7} hours .

\frac{18}{5} =\frac{18 \times 7}{5\times 7} =\frac{126}{35}

\frac{24}{7}=\frac{24\times 5}{7\times 5} =\frac{120}{35}

Since  \frac{126}{35}>\frac{120}{35}  Therefore 3\frac{3}{5} >3\frac{3}{7}

Therefore Necia took (\frac{126}{35}-\frac{120}{35}) =\frac{6}{35} hours  more time than sheela took.
