Let say whole pizza = 12x

Sheen had = (2/3) 12x  =  8x

she gave her 1/4th of her share .  = (1/4) 8x = 2x

Friend got = 2x/12x  = 1/6  of pizza

Sheena left with = 8x - 2x = 6x

Sheena left with = 6x/12x  = 1/2  of pizza

the friend receive  = 1/6  of pizza

Sheena have now​ = 1/2  of pizza
