speed = 90km/h × 5/18 = 250 m/sec
time = 1 sec

distance = speed × time
              =  250m/s × 1 sec
              = 250 m

so, distance travelled by sheetal in 1 sec at the speed of 90 km/hr is 250 m.

as the velocity is 90 km per hour so the velocity in metres per second will be 90 X 1000/ 60 x 60 = 250 m/s
show in 1 seconds the way I would cover 250 m
