sher singh bought some oranges and apples. Oranges were bought at 7 for rs.50 and apples at 5 for rs.30. If sher singh spent and equal amount of money on the apples and oranges. What was the least number of fruits he bought.​

Answer:

7 orange cost Rs 50

Then 1 orange cost Rs 50÷7 = Rs 7.1142

5 apple cost Rs 30

Then 1 apple cost Rs 30 ÷ 5 = Rs 6

So, the cost of 1 apple and 1 orange is different.

Hence,if Sher Singh buy equal number of fruits, then he had to pay different amounts for apple and orange
