case A :-
Given :- distance = 3 km & time =20min
since, speed = distance / time
= 3/20
= 0.15 km/min
Case B:-
since 60 min = 1 hour
1 min = 1/60 hour
20 min= 1/60 × 20 = 1/3 hour
now,
speed = 3 ÷ 1/3
= 9 km/hr
Case C :-
distance= 3 km i.e 3000 m
and time = 20 min = 20 × 60 = 1200 sec
speed = 3000/ 1200
= 2.5 m/s

Thank you so much for this! my physics is extremely weak, and I've been trying to solve this for the past 15 minutes. Thanks again!
