shikha deposited Rs2000 in a bank which pays 6% simple interest. She withdrew Rs700 at the end of first years. What will be her balance

Answer:

the answer is ₹ 1420

She deposited =2000

she get interest of =(2000×6)÷100=120

so net amount is =2000+120=2120

after withdrawing money ₹700

at the end of first year her bank balance will be =(2120-700)=1420
