Given: Shikha's age is 3 years younger than her brother Ravish  and sum of their age is 37

To Find: current age

Solution: lets Ravish age be x

then Shikha's age will be x-3

sum of their age = age of Shikha+ age of Ravish = 37

= x-3+x = 37

= 2x-3 = 37

= 2x = 40

x=20

so, the age of Ravish is 20 and as Shikha is 3 year younger than her brother then she is 17 years

Ravish age =20 years

Shikha age = 17 years
