not only shimla and nainitaal but also jammu, kashmir , manali, mcleodganj, mandi ,and all northernmost parts of the country ...they alll have cold climate in even summers because they r situated in a far away distance from the equator ..so they recieve very less heat of the sun ..so they r cold
