Shiva is working as a purchase officer in an IT company. Under the company’s expansion plan he needs to spend ₹ 80,000 on purchase of computers and printers. The cost of a computer is ₹ 20000 and that of printer is ₹ 5000. Assume “c" represents the number of printers purchased.
The equation for the amount spent on the purchase of computers and printers is:
(1). 20,000c + 5,000p =80,000
(2.) 20,000c + 5,000p

If the number of printers purchased is known, the number of computers purchased is:
(1.) C = 1 – (1/4) p
(2.) C=4-(1/4)p
