grandparents. He took bath in river, washed his clothes and also filled
ater to drink so as to help his grandmother. But after 2 - 3 days he
had stomach ache and fever.

(1)The germs and bacteria, present in the clothes and on the body of Shive get mixed with water and that water he drank, so the germs enter in his stomach which is the reason behind ache and fever

(2)We should not bath in river or wash clothes on the river bank, which can pollute the river water.
