Hey mate! Here is ur answer.

दशकूपसमा वापी दशवापी समो ह्रद:।

दशह्रदसम: पुत्रो दशपुत्रसमो द्रूम:।।

dashakoopasamaa vaapi dashavaapisamoo hradaha|

dashahradasamaha putroo samoo drumaha

Explanation:

The shloka literally translates to:

"A pond is equal to ten wells; A reservoir is equal to ten ponds; A son is equal to ten reservoirs and A tree is equal to ten sons"

This shloka highlights the importance of trees. It is ultimately said that tree is greater than a son because, a son would take care of his family... but a tree gives shelter to everyone irrespective of who they are...

This might help u...

Dasha = ten

koopa = water well

Sama = equal

vaapi = pond

hrudah = large water body (reservoir in context)

putro = son

drumah = tree

Hope this helps u...
