Given :-

• Shobo's present age be x years.
• Shobo's mother's age be 6x years.

After 5 years :-

• Shobo's age be x + 5 years.
• Shobo's mother age be one - third of his mothers present age.

According to the question,

$\implies \sf{x + 5 = \frac{1}{3} \times 6x} \\ \implies \sf{x + 5 = 2x} \\ \implies \sf{ x- 2x = - 5} \\ \implies \sf{ - x = - 5} \\ \therefore \sf \purple{x = 5}$

Putting the value of x :-

• Shobo's age is x = 5 years.
• Shobo's mother age is 6x = 6 × 5 years = 30 years.
