shopkeeper bought 50 dozen of bananas for rs 15/dozen ,
than ,
cost price = 15 × 50 = 750
now ,
he sold half of stock means , he sold around 25 dozen, at the rate of 24 per dozen ,
than selling price if 25 dozen = 600 ,
now ,
the remaining bananas he sold at the rate of 8rs / dozen .
8 × 25 = 200
therefore total rupees of selling banana 200+600= 800
hence the o overall profit = 800-750 = 50
