loss%=10%

we know that both sp are equal and both mobile make profit of 10% and loss of 10% then will always be loss

loss%= (10/10) %=1%

or

net change in%= 10-10 -(10 * 10) / 100

{t's a formula for finding net change in % =profit%-loss%+(profit% * -loss%/100) }

= 0-1

=--1%

the negative sign indicates loss.
