THIS RIGHT INSURANCE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND HEALTH TO ALL THE CITIZENS WHICH CAN ALLOW THEM TO REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND LET THEM ON A PATH TO DEVELOPMENT.
