Icecaps melt because of the temperature so creatures in cold habitats cannot survive, and water starts to rise which puts land underwater so humans and animals lose their homes. Also, droughts will be more common so crops will fail. Plus much of the freshwater on Earth will be gone, and humans and other animals can't survive off saltwater because it will kill us. We'll die of thirst.
