1. Record : is a data type which describes values and variables . field : records can be divided into fields . each record may have several fields. table : arrangement of data and rows in columns. query : is used to receive information from database.
2. Datasheet view shows the data in the database. It also allows you to enter and edit the data. It does not let you change the format of the database, other than minor changes (such as displayed column widths). Design view allows you to create or change the table, form, or other database object, and configure the fields.
3. A primary key is a field in a table which uniquely identifies each row/record in a database table. Primary keys must contain unique values. A primary key column cannot have NULL values. A table can have only one primary key, which may consist of single or multiple fields.
4. Text field type can be explained as it allows you to store textual data in fields. ... Numeric field type can be explained as it allows us to store numeric data. This is also of two types : - Whole number data.
