1) He was last ruler of Pala dynasty but his lineage is questionable. The Pala Rulers were promoters of classical Indian philosophy, literature, painting and sculpture. They built grand temples and monasteries, including the Somapura Mahavihara, and patronised the great universities of Nalanda and Vikramashila.

2) Rashtrakuta Dynasty have played an important role in the cultural development of India. One of the best contribution of the Rashtrakuta Dynasty was the construction of Kailasha Temple at Ellora. The architecture of this temple has been still highlighted in many parts of the world as an unbelievable architecture.

A :- The palas were the rulers who originated from varendra region .The founder of pala dynasty was Gopala . He included most of the bengal into his dynasty.

Acheivements :-

→ They used proto-bengal language for communication.

→ They did great works like Vikramshila Vihar, Odantpuri Vihar, Jagaddal Vihar.

→ Bengali arts , paintings and literature flourished .

→ Their economy was uplifted through Minerals .

→ Art and Architecture were encouraged with the help of "Palal school of Sculptural Art".

A :-  The rashtrakuta empire was one of the greatest in indian history .

→ Their love for kannada started golden age of kannada literature which led to fall of vijayanagara empire .
