(a)The utility of Find and Replace tool in a word processor is to first search for the text or phrase which we want to replace with another and then replace it with another text or phrase which is given by the user. In word processors we usually open and work on text documents.
(b) Open the document
Go to File > Options
A box will appear. Select “Proofing” from the options given
In the “Exceptions for” section, select the document in which you don’t want to see spell mistakes
Check either or both of the following check boxes as per your need:
Hide spelling errors in this document only
Hide grammar errors in this document only
Click OK
(c) Select Insert > Page Number, and then choose the location and style you want.
If you don't want a page number to appear on the first page, select Different First Page.
If you want numbering to start with 1 on the second page, go to Page Number > Format Page Numbers, and set Start at to 0
(d)To change text using only the keyboard, highlight the selected text, hold down the shift key and press F3. This option will toggle around three different case options: All uppercase. All lowercase
(e) Select the Insert tab.
Click either the Header or Footer command. A drop-down menu will appear.
From the drop-down menu, select Blank to insert a blank header or footer, or choose one of the built-in options.
Inserting a header
The Design tab will appear on the Ribbon, and the header or footer will appear in the document.
Type the desired information into the header or footer.
