Healthy food is very much needed for our body as it is very nutritional. It contains very important nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and many other necessary nutrients. But now days we are moving towards western culture and eating a lot of junk food which mean low nutritional food. But we are still eating it after knowing this that they are harmful for our health. They are also the main factors of obesity and many other diseases. So from now say -
