Balanced diet is a source of nutrition which help us to perform daily activities and keeping us healthy. It is the most important part of our life to stay fit, diet doesn't mean to eat less amount of food or to reduce a specific nutrient, like fats, it means to have each nutrient in a balanced and stabalised manner. Balanced diet is necessary for proper functions of organs and tissues in our body to work effectively, we should eat atleast three meals a day and mostly important not to skip breakfast. And especially avoid junk food which have high amount of undesirable nutriens like saturated fats and high amount of salts and sugars.
