In todays era depression is very common in a family where economic pressure is there. But to prevent this we need to tie a family with a strong knot and from a strong thread .

1) We need to sacrifice our fancy needs.
2) We should try to appreciate each and every member of a family to be happy in the family.

4) Sitting together and having meals.
5) Talking about the problems solving it together.
