well many students go through this problem as they have plenty of exams or studies. we can maintain the family bond by talking to them every night for 15-20 mins or so to keep them updated about our lives and vice versa. while dining, all family members should sit together and talk about what we like, what all is going on in our lives, etc. this way, i feel we will be able to maintain the family bond and that wont effect our studies and daily lives too.
