If I were the captain of my school basketball team..

when I noticed that the two members of my team constantly argue and fight with each other, then I will first try to understand them and I will find to know their problem and trying to solve it.

then u said to both the members of my team that don't argue or don't fight with each other i will say to them that it is just a game try to under you both. and I will try to handle this situation very carefully and properly in a polite manner and bring peace between them.............................. etc things I will do to bring peace between them......
