The Brahmaputra river, also called TSANGPO
in Tibet,is one of the main river in Asia. It has its origin in the himalayas of Tibet. It flow through Tibet, Bangladesh and our belonging country India. It is 2,900km (1,800mi) long. Massing flooding occurs when the ice melt in spring.
The Brahmaputra source is Chemayungdung Glacier, which cover the slope of himalayas.
It hoins with the ganga river and empites into the Bay of Bengal and also form a gangatic delta which is the largest delta in the India.
