Mail Merge is the process of creating custom mailings that combines a list of data (typically a file of names and addresses) with a document ( commonly a form letter) to create a new document. The names and addresses are entered (merged) into the form letter in the blank spaces provided. The result is a personalized form letter.
Mail Merge usually requires the use of two files :
• a main document, and
• a data storage.

The Mail Merge feature includes the following:
• Address Book -: An address Book is created that can be used in very many different ways.
• Form Letters -: One document is created that is sent by regular mail to multiple recipents. Each individual who receives a letter will have his/her name and address printed within the letter.
• Labels -: Address Labels are created that are placed on envelopes. Return Labels can be created and can have various images such as for a company or the holiday season.
• Envelopes -: Envelopes are printed with the recipents' name and address. The senders' name and address may also be printed on thr envelope.

- select recipients.
- write your letter
- preview your letter
- complete the merge
