Daily run and walk helps us building our stamina , helps in blood circulation , helps us building our metabolic rate. A 10 to 12 minutes jogging,walking or running could help in reducing our fat more faster than any regular diet . Moreover running in an open space like a park which is full of plants and has natural beauty in itself , this would help your mind be more creative and explore your surroundings. A 12 minutes walk could be a fine time pass to make your mind fresh .The walk could be made more interesting if you take your earphones and listen to your favourite music which would not let you bore by counting your walking distances or rounds.
