South Africa’s Constitution is the result of remarkably detailed and inclusive negotiations that were carried out with an acute awareness of the injustices of the country’s non-democratic past. It is the highest law of the land and no other law or government action can supersede it.

on April 1994 elections, a new constitution was written in consultation with the public as well as elected public representatives

South African Constitution has been remarked as the law of supreme importance for the Republic of the nation.  

The South African Constitution was made for 5 times and the last one still in use, is the fifth constitution which is in effect from 1997 after being promulgated(promoted (made in use)) by the then President Nelson Mandela in December month of the year 1996.

The responsibility is more for the higher education teachers than the teachers of school education.

Higher Education in India is one of the most developed in the entire world. There has, in fact, been considerable improvement in the higher education scenario of India in both quantitative and qualitative terms. In technical education, the IITs, and in management, the IIMs have already marked their names among the top higher educational institutes of the world. As a result, students from various parts of the world are coming today for higher education in India. Higher education is of paramount importance for social and economic development. Institutions of national, social and economic development”.
