Answer:

Battle of Plassey and Buxar were fought on the soil of Bengal.

Explanation:

The British East India Company, led by Robert Clive, decisively defeated the Nawab of Bengal and his French allies at the Battle of Plassey on June 23, 1757. The triumph was made possible by the defection of Mir Jafar, who was Nawab Siraj-ud-commander Daulah's in chief. When Nawab of Bengal Siraj-ud-Daulah objected to the East India Company officers' unauthorised use of privileges, the Battle of Plassey was fought. Additionally, the company's employees ceased paying taxes, which contributed to the Battle of Plassey.

The British East India Company's soldiers, led by Hector Munro, engaged the united armies of Shah Alam II of the Mughal Empire, Shuja-ud-Daulah, the Nawab of Awadh, and Mir Qasim, the Nawab of Bengal until 1763, in the Battle of Buxar. The conflict resulted from the mistreatment of Farman and Dastak as well as from the English's desire for trade development.

Both played an important role in establishing the British empire on Bengal soil.
