Employing children below the age of 14 in industries, offices or any workplace is known as child labor. Child labor is illegal in our country. Children are exploited and deprived of their right to education. They miss their childhood enjoyments and are tortured physically and mentally. While some may argue that child labor is good for a child's development as it imparts skills and practical training, it is not the right age. Childhood is an important period in everyone's life and it should be spent gaining knowledge and having fun. Child Labor is the broad term under which we can fit the attempt to rob a child of their childhood. large section of these child laborer's is found to be of unsound mind when they grow up. Some of them may even turn out to be criminals.
