The civil disobedience movement started in 1930 with the dandee March on 8 th April in which gandhiji walked with 73 followers.it started as a protest against the coming of Simon commission which came to india in 1927.it's main slogan was 'Simon go back'.the peasants thr working class participated in the movement.
