An enantiomer is one of the two molecules that are mirror images of each other and are non-superposable. Enantiomers have identical chemical and physical properties except for their ability to rotate plane-polarized light (+/-) by equal amounts but in opposite directions.

Two molecule are said to enantiomers if they are non super imposeable means that their configurations do not match.
Eg. If one molecule has configuration 'S' and other has configuration 'R' then the molecules are said to be enantiomers but if both have 'R-R' or 'S-S' configuration then they are said to be identical.
