Fats :Fat is an essential part of our diet and nutrition, and we cannot live without it.

Our bodies require small amounts of 'good fat' to function and help prevent disease.  However, a lot of modern diets contain far more fat than the body needs.  Too much fat, especially too much of the wrong type of fat, can cause serious health complaints including obesity, higher blood pressure and cholesterol levels, which in turn lead to a greater risk of heart disease.

Carbohydrates :Carbohydrates, together with lipids, proteins and nucleic acids, are one of the four major classes of biologically essential organic molecules found in all living organisms.

Carbohydrates, all coming from the process of photosynthesis, represent the major part of organic substance on Earth, are the most abundant organic components in the major part of fruits, vegetables, legumes and cereal grains, carry out many functions in all living organisms and are the major energy source in a Mediterranean-type diet. Finally, they provide flavor and texture in many processed foods.

Protein :Proteins are known as the building blocks of life because they are the most abundant molecules present in the body and forms about 60% of the dry weight of cells. They are the most common cells found in all living organisms. Apart from cells, most of the enzymes, regulatory and structural parts of the body are made up of proteins. As a result, they are essential for the growth and development of an individual.

Food like eggs, pulses, milk and other milk products form the major high protein foods for the body.

hope it helpss!!!!!

Carbohydrates:

The two main forms of carbohydrates are sugars (such as fructose, glucose, and lactose) and starches, which are found in foods such as starchy vegetables, grains, rice, breads, and cereals. ... The body breaks down (or converts) most carbohydrates into the sugar glucose, which is absorbed into the bloodstream

Fats:

The body uses fat as a fuel source, and fat is the major storage form of energy in the body. Fat also has many other important functions in the body, and a moderate amount is needed in the diet for good health. Fats in food come in several forms, including saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated.

Proteins:

Proteins are large molecules that our cells need to function properly. They consist of amino acids. The structure and function of our bodies depend on proteins. ... Muscles, skin, bones, and other parts of the human body contain significant amounts of protein, including enzymes, hormones, and antibodies.
