It is no doubt that the world today is indebted to the contributions made by indian mathematicans. here are some famous mathematicans-
1) aryabhatta: aryabhata worked on place value system. He discovered the position of nine planets.
2) Brahmagupta: they worked on trignimetry, pythagoaras theorem etc.
3) shrinivasa ramanujan: they worked on algebra of inequalities, partial sums etc.
4) C.R. rao: he is famous for his thery of estimation.
