Hunsgi is the town in the taluk of Shorapur of “Yadgir district in Karnataka” in the country India.

EXPLANATION:

This town is famous for the sites of early Palaeolithic eara. This place is 48 kilometer “southwest” from the district headquarters, ‘Yadgir’ and 33 km from the Shorapur. Hunsgi has less population as according to the 2001 census there were only “5526 males and 5029 females”. The tools found in Hunsgi are supposed to be the tools used in the habitation of factory sites.
