Hi friend! Here is all about the Indian desert.
The Thar desert is also known as the Great Indian Desert.
It is a large, arid region which covers more than 77,000 square miles. This desert forms a natural boundary between India and Pakistan.
This desert is considered around 4000 to 10,000 years old.
This desert is also extended into the some portion of Haryana, punjab and Rann of Kutch in Gujrat.
Trees like The khajri (or khejri) tree (Prosopis cineraria) grows throughout the desert.
I hope this helps.
