When a girl reaches puberty, then one follicle develops at a time to form mature egg On maturing follicle bursts and egg shoot out of ovary. The release of egg from an ovary is called ovulation. It place on 14 day of beginning of menstrual cycle.
Before every ovulation, inner lining of uterus become thick and soft with lot of blood vessels in it.
