Technically speaking, all fuel is organic except for hydrogen. and i guess nuclear fusion/fission processes.

“organic chemistry” means anything with carbon in it… whereas “inorganic” would be things like lithium hydroxide, calcium chloride, uranium hexaflouride etc…anything without carbon in its chemical makeup.

but, without getting too technical, i believe it mainly refers to alcohols, biodiesel or vegetable oils, and natural gases such as methane, all produced from “organic” plant materials in one way or another.
