Short Note:-
Pasteurization is a method of preserving the milk by firstly boiling it to a temperature below 100 C and then suddenly cooling it down. This kills all of the bacteria in the milk and cooling down slows down the breeding of newer organisms.
It was discovered by Louis Pasteur.
