In the constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, we find the provisions, dealing with power sharing, in view of thenature of the state being composed of three distinct geographical regions with internal society diversity. The constitution ensures representation of each regionin the legislative council. Thepower is shared equally between each regions of Jammu and Kashmir.
