        Power sharing is dividing power among various social groups to give them equal representation in the governance. Power sharing is the essence of democracy where every individual, irrespective of cultural and language differences feel involved in the political system.

          Democracy entails an act of allowing the people to speak by choosing the leaders who they feel that they have qualities of leading and managing their resources to the right direction while power sharing is an act of dividing power among different social groups within the members of the society. Their relationship is that both are done in amicable way.
