Resource planning and management is a very important initiative of the government in order to plan for the future or also divide resources to the relevant people in a manner that is orderly .India has in many ways engaged in resource planning ,both directly and indirectly .

One of the most evident ways is by planning on the budget of the country and reading it out to the entire public. This is evident and important  in a financial year where each one knows the total amount to be spent by the government on its operations.
