Stephen Hawking was a well known English theoretical physicist, author and also cosmoligist. He was born on 8th January, 1942 in oxford, England. As a child, he he showed prodigious talent and unorthodox study methods. He studied physics at the University of oxford. After that he got into research and was the first scientist to to offer a theory of cosmology. He is best known for his attempts to explain in clear terms the origin of the universe and some of the most complicated aspects of cosmos and physics.

He had also undertaken a lot of work on the nature of the Universe, the big bang Theory and the Theory of Black holes. His books, 'A Brief History of Time' and 'The Universe in a Nutshell' Became bestsellers. He died on 14th March, 2018 in cambridge, United kingdom.
