Supreme court is the highest court of indian judiciary. The chief justice of supreme court are elected by a president on the advise of council of ministers and consentration with cheif justice of india. the qualfications for becoming president are:
1.he must be indian citizen.
2. Age must be 35 and over.
3. he must be the member of rajya sabha for 5 years.
4. he must be advocate in high court for 10 years.

The supreme court, is the main court of India that takes the final decision what happens to a criminal or someone who committed a crime. It consists of 30 judges who take the decision of what happens to the criminals. The supreme court is only depended on, when the criminal committed a big crime.
